PRESENTATION
The Professional Master’s Degree in Real Estate Planning and Development Management is designed to prepare future real estate managers for the planning and development sectors and to provide them with the skills needed to start work immediately in a real estate development company, in high-level, sought-after positions as development managers, land developers and operations managers, project managers, marketing managers, sales managers, and sales directors, etc. Students learn to take the initiative in real estate projects in a variety of markets, such as housing as a main or secondary residence, housing for seniors, property for investors, tourist and serviced residences and, lastly commercial real estate.

TARGET GROUP
Students who have completed 3 or 4 years of higher education in any subject
PREREQUISITES
The first year is open to students who have completed three years of higher education.
The second year is open to students who have completed four years of higher education.
