Job description

Consultants in corporate real estate know their sector and create a portfolio of professional clients. This position requires spending a good amount of time prospecting in order to offer the owners mandates to sell or rent their business properties. They are in charge of posting ads for these goods. Then they meet the future clients for visits, and know the technical and financial aspects to help the client taking a decision. Afterwards, consultants connect the two parties, the owner and the client, and close the file administratively and legally by enlisting notaries and lawyers. It is a 360°, very complete, position for which there is no standard day.
