LAND PROSPECTOR

Job description

Land prospectors’ mission is to bring business. They start by searching and finding a real estate good, for sale or rent, which matches with the intended criteria. Then, they negotiate it to get the best price. Prospectors have a rich ecosystem of interlocutors, from the legal sector like notaries, or the technical sector like architects for example.

Layout and Real Estate Promotion Manager Master’s Degree

Level of education

4th / 5th university level in Groupe ESPI specialized school

Gross salary (beginner)

30.000€ at early career, then approximately 60.000€ / year at end of career

Requirements

Land prospectors need good relationship skills because of the many social interactions, with different positions. They must also have solid legal and commercial skills.

What about recruitment?

They are self-employed, work in agencies or for real estate developers. They can work in contracting authority companies too for instance. This diversity allows a good employability.
