Job description
Thanks to their knowledge in their sector, consultants in corporate real estate create their portfolio of professional clients. This position requests to spend a certain amount of time prospecting in order to offer owners mandates to sell or rent their corporate properties. Then, consultants in corporate and commercial real estate post ads for these goods, meet the future clients for visits, and study the technical and financial aspects to help the client taking a decision. Afterwards, they connect the two parties, the owner and the client, then close the file administratively and legally by enlisting notaries and lawyers. It is a 360°, very complete, position for whom there is no standard day.
