The Professional Master’s in “Property Valuation and Auditing” was developed in the mid-2000s due to changes in the sector and to meet the growing demand from professionals for new skills in marketing and asset valuation across all fields. This specialisation offers a diverse range of practical assignments, combined with several “field” tasks, where students must estimate the value, under real-life conditions, of office buildings and commercial properties, as well as perform a critical analysis of the lettings status for investment properties. The program also covers new environmental standards, technical diagnostics and safety norms, as well as business English, a fundamental subject.
