Job description
Co-ownership trustees are responsible, in a co-ownership, of the proper functioning and maintenance of the good’s both private and shared areas. Their role is also to handle the negotiations about the future works in the co-ownership. So, they manage the accounting, share the charges between the two parties, take out insurances and establish the co-ownership budget.

Gross salary (beginner)
From 2000€ to 2500€ / month
