Job description

The real estate agent’s main function is to be the preferred intermediary between the seller and the buyer, or the owner and the tenant. He is in charge of visiting the good that he wants to display in his agency window. Then, he negotiates the terms of sale or renting with the seller or the owner.

Gross salary (beginner)

From 1500€ to 3500€ / month
Fixed salary and variable pay

Requirements

  • Having knowledge in law and building trade
  • Show a great commercial flair to prospect goods and negotiate their terms
  • Being organized and thorough to conduct the entire administrative process implied
