Job description
Property layout managers’ role is to carry out a layout project from start to finish, from the project’s design phase to its completion. Indeed, they must prospect and then decide if the redevelopment and the construction are feasible. For that purpose, they interact with different positions, whether they are legal or technical. Generally, these projects are bigger than a simple building.

Requirements
Property layout managers must necessarily have solid legal skills, especially in land law and town planning. And a good capacity of adaptation is essential because of the variety of projects they can deal with.
