Job description
He must create his portfolio to develop his reputation and the one of his company. This position requires spending a good amount of time prospecting in order to offer goods that fit clients’ needs. The consultant has to keep a sufficient number of goods to offer for sale or rent. He posts ads for his goods. He gets to meet the future clients for visits, and knows the technical and financial aspects to help the client taking a decision. Then, the consultant connects the two parties, the owner and the client, and closes the file administratively and legally. It is a 360°, very complete, position for whom there is no standard day.

2nd or 5th year university level in real estate

Requirements
Consultants in real estate must have good legal, fiscal and financial basis, and master sale and negotiation technics. This position can demand to handle an important workload.
