Job description
Facility managers’ role is mainly to guarantee the proper maintenance of their clients’ assets, it can involve the working conditions of employees if it is a commercial premise, or the maintenance, security and cleaning of the property’s outdoor areas. To complete this mission successfully, he manages the team in charge of maintenance and is responsible for the budget allocated to the maintenance of the facilities.

Administration and Real Estate Management Manager Master’s Degree
Level of education
Master’s degree level in real estate, engineering or architecture
Gross salary (beginner)
From 35.000€ as a beginner to 80.000€ / year with good experience
Requirements
Facility managers must have good knowledge in town planning, security and building maintenance. With regard to their personality, they must be mobile to go in the field almost daily, and have good relationship skills.
