Portfolio managers manage a portfolio of real estate goods. They are the clients’ interlocutor and must make financial analysis for decision support and offer solutions that fit their clients’ needs.

Gross salary (beginner)
From 35.000€ to 65.000€ / year after 5 years of experience
Requirements
Portfolio managers must show good customer relations, but also be anticipative and have solid knowledge in taxation, reporting and technic.

Public organisations seek portfolio managers just as much as private organisations. To be able to reach other markets and mandates, it is recommended to speak English at work.
