Job description

Property holdings managers’ objective is to make a report of their clients’ estate and fiscal situation. They have to determine the level of risk of their clients’ actions and plan a strategy to offer appropriate solutions to their clients in order to optimise the property assets they have been entrusted. Finally, property holdings managers must watch fiscal and estate evolutions.

From 24.000€ as a beginner to 122.000€ / year as an experienced executive

Requirements

Property holdings managers must master taxation, real estate law, bank and insurance products, and be attentive, reactive towards their client’s expectations, and thorough.
