Job description
Asset managers develop their clients’ real estate goods. They can be housing estates, but also hotels, commercial or professional premises. Moreover, the mission of these managers is to guarantee a good commercial relationship with their clients, and oversee the administrative and financial aspects of their files. They are in charge of defining the patrimonial strategy of the clients’ properties.

Master’s degree in real estate, specialized in asset management or finance
Gross salary (beginner)
From 30.000€ to 90.000€ as an experienced executive
Requirements
It is necessary to have solid legal and fiscal skills to become an asset manager. The required qualities are essentially rigour and organisation.

Banks, but also investment funds and private societies regularly recruit asset managers.
