PARIS – Visit from a South Korean delegation and discussions on ‘Public-Private partnerships in the construction of housing in France’
Last Tuesday, Groupe ESPI received the visit of a South Korean delegation made up of local authority civil servants from town and city halls in Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Gyeongnam province and Gangwon province among others, as well as members of LoFA (Local Finance Association).
The delegation visited our Paris campus for discussions on ‘Public-Private partnerships in the construction of housing in France’.
Olivier Brane, the lawyer and co-owned property expert lead the discussions by presenting the specific features of collaborations between private property developers and public housing landlords.
This expertise should allow our guests to take away and implement the practices they feel would be best suited to South Korean policies.
Furthermore, this kind of request is proof of the influence of Groupe ESPI as a reference in real estate and property management both at home and abroad and goes hand in hand with the major international ambitions of the Groupe.
